Trailhead問い合わせ@WebAsessorと紐づかない時
新しくアカウントを作成してマージしたらWebAsessorの紐付けが外れていた
紐付け直そうと思ったら、(おそらく)旧アカウントに紐付いたままっぽくてエラーになる
なのでまた問い合わせ。。
1.サポートのホーム画面を開く
2.カテゴリ選択
Trailhead/Certification Account > Link Trailhead and Certification Webassessor Accounts
3.ケース作成
- Subject
Failed to connect Trailhead account and Web Assessor account
- Describe
I tried to update my account information because I changed jobs, but it failed.
