Trailhead問い合わせ@ログインできなくなった時
転職したらTrailheadにログインできなくなったので、
新しくアカウントを作成してマージ作業をした時の問い合わせログ
英語のみのため、Google先生のマンツーマン指導の下、文章作成する
1.サポートのホーム画面を開く
2.カテゴリ選択
Trailhead/Certification Account > Trailhead Account, Password Reset, or Login Issue
3.ケース作成
- Subject
lost access to my Trailhead account due to an employment change
- Describe
I lost access to my Trailhead account due to an employment change.
Old account is:
(旧アカウントのID)
New account is:
(新アカウントのID)
Is it possible to merge my accounts?
Old Account is linked to WebAssessor account.
I can only login to WebAssessor.
Webasessor account is:
(WebAsessorのID)
